| VisImage
utilizes a flexible development methodology that
is customized based on project size. For large
projects, the following phases are typical:
Analysis -VisImage
works closely with clients to understand their
immediate and long-term goals, the competitive
landscape of the target market, and existing
operational and technical environments. Acting
as partners, business objectives are agreed
upon and then a strategic plan of action is
created. The strategic plan establishes the
project scope, a budget, a detailed work plan,
and progress assessment guidelines.
Architecture
- What tools provide
the best solution? Who will use it and how?
What features should be provided? How will it
operate? What will it look like? Once the strategic
plan is in place, these are the types of questions
that must be answered as the functional, technical,
and creative requirements are developed for
the project. These requirements will be carefully
documented and refined.
Design
- After the architectural
phase is completed, any remaining ambiguous
areas of the system are prototyped and final
project design decisions made.
Implementation
- VisImage can now
proceed to build the final software product.
This phase is divided into milestones representing
the completion of functional modules that will
be delivered to clients for evaluation, comments,
and possible change orders.
Testing
- Testing is performed
at our development center at every milestone.
We subject the product to extensive functionality,
stress, and load testing to help ensure a high
quality and reliable final version.
Deployment
- When the final version
is delivered, VisImage will also provide complete
documentation and product support. |
