In August 2010, VisImage Systems was approved by Industrial Research Assistance Program (IRAP) from the National Research Council Canada. This government grant program will provide technical and business advisory services as well as financial assistance on VisImage Systems' 3D Model Generation of an individual based on 2D Images Project. The project's objective is to develop a fast, inexpensive and accurate vision-based three dimensional (3D) tool to reconstruct personal human body model from two orthogonal views. The IRAP contribution will support this project for the period of August 23, 2010 through March 25, 2011.
